Concerning Incorporation

We will type your standard Articles of Incorporation. We will provide you with your mandatory corporate book which includes: printed corporate minutes and bylaws, 2 pre-printed stock certificates (more available at an additional fee), binder and corporate seal. We can get your tax identification number (FEIN number).

The Department of State will file the Articles as soon as they receive them. You should allow at least 10 days from the date of filing for the return of a copy of your filed articles. We do have a rush service and your corporate forms can be typed in 48 hours for an additional fee.
